Cornelius Anthony, Pastor of Missions/Ministry
The Pastor of Mission/Ministry is responsible for assisting the church through the Mission and Ministry teams in planning, conducting, and evaluating the church ministries.

Missions duties include the following:
  • Conduct studies and recommend plans for special mission endeavors as opportunities come.
  • Implement approved mission activities
  • Teach and lead 3 Circle Training
  • Work with other Holy Temple ministers in teaching and leading 3 Circle: Life conversations classes for other age groups (i.e. youth, singles, etc.) as part of summer missions, discipleship seminars, etc.
  • Teach 3 Circle clinics that will be offered to pastors, staff and lay people in the local area and or churches within the state
  • Work with the Pastor of Maturity (Discipleship) in helping new Christians and members of the church navigate through the Discipleship Pathway.
  • Direct volunteers on mail outs for new Christians, as a result of outreach evangelism.

Ministry duties include the following:
  • Direct the planning, coordination, operation, and evaluation of all ministries. 
  • Teach the 301 class (Gifts/Personality Discovery) 
  • Serve as an altar counselor
  • Assist, train, and supervise the lay ministers of the church
  • Help every member find a meaningful place to serve using the gifts that God has given.  
  • In consultation with the Ministry Team formulate an annual budget to be recommended to the Senior Pastor. 
  • Supply articles on a periodical basis for the use in the Holy Temple Newsletter relating to your responsible area of ministry. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor
